Once upon a time, Ruler of Ayodhya, Shriram, made humanity proud by his existence. He gave a new orientation to Hindu culture and set benchmarks for all fields of life. He became guiding star for all human beings. Few centuries back, temple of that extraordinary legend was demolished by some inhuman foreign invaders, structure was manipulated and emotions were hurt. Millions of Indians were carrying that taint for generations.

Anger was built, people started uniting against injustice. Injustice to Indian people, history and culture. It was government's responsibility to take care of Indian history and correct the mistakes happened in past. Government failed to do so and larger movement took birth. Initially, people of India choose constitutional ways to dissolve the issue, but then their eager to liberate Shriram and built a grand temple on his birthplace bought them together. On 6th December, 1992, milliions of Indians gathered and washed out the taint from previous generations.

The reason for remembering this is CBI's petition in SC which challenges the exoneration of few prominent leaders in that movement. Earlier, Allahabad HC acquitted these leaders of criminal charges. These leaders have done a task which government should have done much earlier. Dream of Sardar Patel is incomplete without grand temple at Shriram Janmabhoomi., but government's attempt to try these leaders in SC is purely appeasement. India has proven track record of transparent judiciary. These leaders were freed by Allahabad HC and with the free and fair trial, they also will be acquitted in SC soon. Emotions of millions of Indian are still wounded and their heart still says " Jahan Shreeram ka Janma hua, Bhavya Mandir Wahi Banayenge."

Party with the Difference

The Nationalist party of BJP had established a task force to investigate about money laundering, which is great concern for India. Initially, Sonia Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi's name came into report. After lot of debate over this issue Sonia Gandhi wrote to LK Advani mentioning she doesn't have swiss account. Shri. LK Advani replied to Sonia Gandhi expressing his regrets over mentioning her and Rajiv Gandhi' name in task force report. This incident sets an example in Indian politics for those who are not ready to accept their mistakes. There is nothing wrong in accepting our own mistakes, rather it justifies our intention of fighting against odds and not against individuals.

There are many leaders in India, who hesitate to be in apologetic tone. Sonia Gandhi used words like Maut ka Saudagar for Narendra Modi, and when SC and SIT gave him cleanchit over riots, then nobody came forward to apologize to him. Same thing happened over Savarkar's portrait issue. SC cleared him in Gandhiji's Assassination case, still few so called thinkers were calling him Gandhiji's murderer, its not just insult of Savarkar, but also contempt of SC. Shri. LK Advani has set an example for all those who are not ready to accept their mistakes rather justifying their false and baseless arguments, like what they did after post Indira's Assassination riots.

At the end of the day, by correcting their mistake BJP again proved itself as a Party with the Difference.

Following Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhiji's footsteps

Indian democracy experienced plenty of votebank politics and nepotism even before coming into existance. Indian politics is full of such events. Sometimes it even make me to think that the minority appeasement is the most important and non separable part of Congress party's policy. Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhiji who always advocated non violence under any cicumstances, firmly stood behind Abdul Rashid, who murdered Swami Shri Shraddhanandji. He went further of that saying Abdul Rashid is my Bhai (Brother). He even kept fast to accelerate the process of giving Pakistan 550 million rupees of Forex reserve of Reserve Bank of India, when millions of Hindus were being massacred in Pakistan. Non violence was only for majority and minority was (and is) free to do anything even slaughter Majority. Then by following footsteps of Mahatma Gandhiji, all Congress Prime Ministers and leaders continued their policy of minority appeasement.

In the same row, recently general secretary of Congress Mr. Digvijay Singh reached to the conclusion of RSS hand in Samjhauta Express blast. I really wonder to understand that, how he derived conclusion making CBI's investigation void. Indian investigation agencies already cracked Samjhauta Express blast case and found ISI's involvement in that. Indian government already mentioned it on international front, but ignoring all these facts and only to appease minority in India, Digvijay Singh made these comments.

He is famous for criticizing Home Ministry. Even before this, he openly criticized Home Ministry for it's counter naxalite strategy. He might have some personal or party level issues with Home Minister, but criticizing national security policy only for the sake of opposing it, is not a solution or way for that. Indian transparent investigating agencies suffered a major image damage problem because of digvijay Singh's statement. On international level, nobody is taking seriously Samjhauta blast issue because of paradoxical statements by Home Ministers and senior member of ruling party.

Digvijay Singh is so concern about Samjhauta, ajmer and malegaon, but he he never said a single word about ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits in valley. He never pat on the back of our brave soldiers who saved Shriramjanmabhoomi and Akshardham from terrorists. He is only concerned about minorities and Congress is building votebank through it. For that he is making baseless allegations on a nationalist organization like RSS, addressing it as fundamentalist and terrorist organization. These remarks clearly indicates that either he don't know anything about RSS or purposely making false allegations to malign RSS image and appease minority. By making statements like these he is creating hatred between two communities, indirectly helping our neighboring states who are in proxy war with us. if he realize that and stopped playing votebank politics then its good. Otherwise, following Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhiji's footsteps will continue.

Shashi Tharoor gone, now its Jayram Ramesh's turn

Last week India's Environment Minister Jayram Ramesh was on the tour of China to discuss cooperation for climate change, environment issues, forest management and renewable energy. his role was limited to discuss non - troublesome elements like environmental issues. He could have raised issues like water management of rivers flowing between both countries. Instead of doing that, he made objectionable comments about other ministry.

While speaking in Beijing, Jayram Ramesh said that much more relaxed approach is required to Chinese investment. Home ministry is unnecessarily concern about security threats from Chinese products. Now, even small kid also knows that the Chinese manufacturing companies are directed by Chinese security agencies. Chinese mobile phones without International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI) code are increasing concern for Home Ministry. These cheap mobiles are widely used by anti-social elements are difficult to trace. Also, Indo-Sino trade is not balanced. Apart from these things it is very unfortunate on Indian side that a minister is criticizing other ministry's policy on foreign land and that too in country like China. Chinese newspaper used his statement as an opportunity to criticize India's trade policy. Chinadaily's editorial dated 11th May 2010 is telling India to look beyond trade in China.

Jayram Ramesh is highly educated and considered as an expert on Indo-Sino relations. Other former minister in Dr. ManMohan Singh's government, Dr. Shashi Tharoor is also highly educated. but both of them are infamous for making derogatory remarks about own government's policy. Constructive criticism always helps to improve government's performance, but if own government's policies are criticized on international front then it defames country's image. All ministers and responsible citizens should think twice before making any statement which may affect negatively country's image on international level. Jayram Ramesh and Shashi Tharoor are lessons for all ministers, who are in the row for their foreign tours. All ministers and especially their advisers and bureaucrats assisting them need to be educated about policy matter and government of India's protocol of public speaking. Otherwise Shashi Tharror is already gone, but Jayram Ramesh will replace him, situation will not change.

अफझल आणि कसाब -- मागल्या पानावरून पुढल्या पानावर....

मुंबईवर २६ नोव्हेंबर २००८ रोजी झालेल्या दहशतवादी हल्ल्यातील एकमेव जिवंत आरोपी अजमल कसाब ला माननीय विशेष कोर्टाने सदोष मनुष्यवध, देशविरुद्ध युद्ध पुकारणे आदी गुन्ह्यांतर्गत फाशीची शिक्षा सुनावली. हा खटला जवळपास दीड वर्ष चालला, अनेक साक्षीपुरावे त्यात सादर झाले. जगभरामध्ये भारतीय न्यायव्यवस्थेची प्रतिमा उजळ करणारा हा खटला होता. यानंतर या शिक्षेवर माननीय उच्च न्यायालयाचे शिक्कामोर्तब होणं गरजेचं आहे. या खटल्याची कागदपत्रे माननीय उच्च न्यायालयात जाण्यासाठी अजून ३ महिन्यांचा कालावधी लागणार आहे. त्यानंतरही कसाब कडे माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयामध्ये अपील करण्याचा पर्याय आहेच. पण जर का माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालाने त्याच्या फाशीच्या निर्णयावर आपली मोहोर उमटवली तर मात्र त्याला मोठा दिलासा मिळेल.

या खटल्यामुळे जगभरातील भारतीय न्यायव्यवस्थेची प्रतिमा उंचावली गेली असली तरी गेल्या काही वर्षातील सरकारच्या ढिसाळ कारभारामुळे आणि ठाम निर्णय न घेण्याच्या कार्यपद्धतीमुळे भारताची जगभरातील प्रतिमा खालावलेली आहे. भारतातील लोकशाहीच्या सर्वोच्च मंदिरावरील , संसदेवरील हल्ल्याचा प्रमुख गुन्हेगार मोहम्मद अफझल याला भारत सरकार वर्षानुवर्षे पोसत आहे. माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयांनी त्याची फाशी कायम केल्यावर सुद्धा सत्ताधारी पक्ष त्याला फाशी द्यायला तयार नाही.

देशातील अल्पसंख्यांक समाजाची मने दुखावली जातील म्हणून अफझल ची फाशी टाळली जात आहे. तसेही अल्पसंख्यांक समाजाचे लांगुलचालन करण्यासाठी सन्माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचा निर्णय राजीव गांधीच्या नेतृत्वाखालील काँग्रेस सरकारने कसा फिरवला हे संपूर्ण भारताने शाहबानो प्रकरणात पाहिले आहे. उघडपणे अफझलची फाशी रद्द करता येत नाही म्हणून काँग्रेस सरकार त्याची फाशी जास्तीत जास्त लांबणीवर टाकत आहे. यामुळे आगामी काळात आपण भारताच्या अखंडतेशी, सार्वभौमत्वाशी, सुरक्षेशी आणि बहुसंख्यांक देशप्रीय नागरिकांच्या भावनांशी प्रतारणा करत आहोत हे न कळण्याइतके सत्ताधारी दुधखुळे नाहीत. त्यातच भर म्हणून मेधा पाटकर, अरुंधती रॉय यांसारखे स्वयंघोषित विचारवंत, समाजसेवक आणि (गुन्हेगारांच्या) न्याय हक्कांसाठी लढणारे कार्यकर्ते हे शौकत अली जिलानी सारख्या फुटीरतावादी नेत्याबरोबर दिल्लीच्या महाविद्यालयांमधून अफझलच्या मानवाधीकारांबद्दल भाषणे देत फिरत आहेत. हा सगळा प्रकार म्हणजे परत एकदा कंदाहार विमान अपहरण प्रकरणाला उत्तेजन देणारा आहे.

कसाबच्या गुन्ह्याची तीव्रता आणि अफझलच्या गुन्ह्याची तीव्रता सारखीच आहे. दोघेही देशाविरुद्ध युद्ध पुकारल्याचे गुन्हेगार आहेत. दोघेही देशाचे उघडपणे शत्रू आहेत. आपण शत्रूला आज संपवला नाही तर शत्रू आपल्याला उद्या संपवेल. ह्या सगळ्या गोष्टी सूर्यप्रकाशाएवढ्या स्वच्छ आणि स्पष्ट दिसत असूनही काँग्रेस सरकार फक्त अल्पसंख्यांक समाजाची मने दुखावली जातील म्हणून देशद्रोह्यांना पाठीशी घालत आहे. कॉंग्रेसच्या या अल्पसंख्यांक तुष्टीकरण नीतीमुळे अल्पसंख्यांक समाजाचा देशद्रोह्यांना पाठींबा आहे असा समज बहुसंख्यांकांच्या मनात होत आहे. काँग्रेस दोन समाजांमध्ये तेढ निर्माण करून देशाला यादवीजन्य परिस्थिती कडे ढकलत आहे.

देश सध्या अंतर्गत बंडखोरांच्या कारवायांमुळे त्रासलेला आहे. त्यात भर म्हणून शेजारी राष्ट्रे आपल्याबरोबर छुपे युद्ध लढत आहेत. या क्षणी देशात आणि आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवर एक योग्य संदेश जाण्याची गरज आहे. ती गरज या देशद्रोह्यांची प्रलंबित फाशी शक्य तेवढ्या लवकर अंमलात आणून पूर्ण करता येईल. या दोन्ही भारताच्या शत्रूंना ताबडतोब फाशी देऊन कॉंग्रेसला मागे केलेल्या चुकांचे प्रायश्चित घेण्याची संधी आहे. हि संधी त्यांनी साधली तर ठीकच, नाहीतर आपला देश चाललाच आहे मागल्या पानावरून पुढल्या पानावर.

प्रथम पत्रिका मराठी भाषामे लिखने के बाद कोई वाचकोन्के आग्रह के खातिर दुसरी पत्रिका हम राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी मे प्रकाशित कर रहे है l हमारी पहेली पत्रिका में हमने साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर पे पोलीस कोठडी में हुए अत्याचारोंके बारे में लिखा था l आज हम अमिताभ बच्चन पे कॉंग्रेस कि तरफसे हो रही टीका के बारे में प्रकाश डालने कि कोशिश करेंगे l मेरी मातृभाषा और शिक्षा का माध्यम हिंदी नाही था तो मेरी और से कोई भूल हो जाये तो उसको सुधारने के सुझाव का स्वागत है l

श्री अमिताभ बच्चन ये भारत के चित्रपट दुनिया के बहोत बडे अभिनेता है l उन्होने अपने अतीत में अपने कोई राजनैतिक दोस्तोंके खातीर चुनावीय राजनीती में हिस्सा लिया था l पर समय चक्र के घुमते हि उनके रीश्तोंमे कडवाहत आ गयी उसके बाद अमितजी ने चुनावीय राजनीती से दूर राहणे का फैसला किया l अभीभी अपने राजनैतिक दोस्तोंके आग्रह पे वो कभी कभी राजनैतिक कार्यक्रमोमे हिस्सा लेते है l उनकी लोकप्रियता का उपयोग कई राज्योने किया है l पहले वो उत्तर प्रदेश के राजदूत थे अभी वो गुजरात जे राजदूत है l प्रगतीशील राज्योके सूची में गुजरात राज्य उंचे स्तर पे है l ऐसे राज्य का प्रसार अमितजी कर रहे है l

कॉंग्रेस पक्ष जो लोग चलाते है उनकी अमितजी से कोई व्यक्तिगत टकराव है और इसी वजहसे कॉंग्रेस शासित सभी राज्योन्मे अमितजी को मुख्य प्रवाह से दूर रखने कि कोशिश कि जा रही है l कॉंग्रेस पक्ष श्रेष्ठी राजनीती का उपयोग अपनी व्यक्तिगत दुष्मनी निकालाने के लिये कर रहे है l सभी कॉंग्रेस शासित राज्योन्मे अमितजी और उनके सुपुत्र अभिषेक पे प्रतिबंध लगाने कि साजीश हो रही है l

अमितजी और संपूर्ण बच्चन परिवार कट्टर देशभक्त है l उन्होने कभीभी देशद्रोही कृत्य नाही किया फिरभी उनके उपर प्रतिबंध लागाया जा रहा है l नरेंद्र मोदिजी का समर्थन करने का आरोप उनके उपर लगाया जा रहा है l २००२ को पीछे छोडकर सामर्थ्यवान और परिपूर्ण गुजरात बनाने के लिये नरेंद्र मोदिजी दिन रात एक करके काम कर रहे है l लेकीन विपक्ष और माध्यम के लोग उसमे बाधा ला रहे है l नरेंद्र मोदिजी को मौत के सौदागर कहा जा रहा है और अमितजी के उपर उनका समर्थन करते है इसलिये प्रतिबंध लगाया जा रहा है l दुसरी तरफ कुछ अभिनेता खुलेआम पाकिस्तान का समर्थन करने कि भाषा करते है और कॉंग्रेस शासित राज्योन्मे उनके चित्रपट प्रदर्शन के लिये २२,००० पुलिसकर्मी तैनात किये जाते है l इस कृत्योंसे कॉंग्रेस के दोहरे मानक का प्रदर्शन हो रहा है l देशभक्ती और देश के विकास में योगदान देने कि सजा प्रतिबंध और देशद्रोह का पुरस्कार पुलिस संरक्षण ऐसी स्थिती इस देश में पैदा हुई है l

चोर सोडून संन्यासाला फाशी

आज दिनांक २७ मार्च २००९ रोजी साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर यांनी कोर्टात येताना पत्रकारांपुढे जे बोलल्या ते आज सगळ्या वर्तमान पत्रांमध्ये छापून आलेलं आहे. साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर यांनी पत्रकारांना सांगितलाय कि जर का पोलीस चौकशीत त्यांचे काही बरे वाईट झाले तर, त्यांचा खून झाला असे समजावे.

साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर या मालेगाव मध्ये सप्टेंबर २००८ मध्ये झालेल्या बॉम्बस्फोटातील १ आरोपी आहेत. या खटल्यामध्ये लेफ्टनन्ट कर्नल प्रसाद पुरोहित हे देखील आरोपी आहेत. साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर यांना २३ ऑक्टोबर २००८ रोजी अटक झालेली आहे. तेव्हापासून त्यांची नार्को अनालिसिस टेस्ट पर्यंत सगळ्या चाचण्या झालेल्या आहेत. तरी आतापर्यंत ATS ला त्यांच्याविरोधात कोणताही पुरावा मिळालेला नाही. या उलट कर्नल पुरोहित यांच्यावर लावलेला मोक्का कायदा न्यायालयाने रद्द केलेला आहे. तत्कालीन ATS प्रमुख हे तर या दोघांवर समझौता एक्स्प्रेस मध्ये झालेल्या बॉम्बस्फोटाबद्दल पण दोषी ठरवून मोकळे झाले होते. आणि समझौता प्रकरणामध्ये परकीय आतंकवाद्यांचा सहभागाचे पुरावे आपण आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवर सादर केले होते. त्यामुळे भारताची आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर बरीच नाचक्की झाली. जर का समझौता स्फोटाबद्दल आपल्याकडे आधीच ठोस पुरावे होते तर ATS प्रमुखाने असे विधान का केले होते याची चौकशी होणे हे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे. काही राष्ट्रवादी संघटनेतील लोकांना खोट्या प्रकरणांमध्ये अडकवून त्या संघटनेची बदनामी करण्याचे कारस्थान असण्याची दाट शंका आहे.

सप्टेंबर २००८, मध्ये स्फोटानंतर ज्या लोकांना अटक झाली होती त्या लोकांचा पुढे काय झाला ? माननीय कोर्टाने मोक्का कायदा हटवला, पण पोलिसांनी हे कलम लावताना याचा विचार का नव्हता केला ? मोक्का कलम लावण्यासाठी त्यांना जास्तीत जास्त गुन्ह्यांमध्ये गोवण्यात आले कि जास्तीत जास्त गुन्ह्यात गोवले म्हणून त्यांना मोक्का लावला ? एखाद्या आरोपीची नार्को टेस्ट किती वेळा करता येते ? पोलीस कोठडीमध्ये साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर यांच्यावर झालेल्या अत्याचारांची दखल मानवाधिकार संघटन घेणार का कि ते फक्त दहशतवाद्यांचेच मानवाधिकार जोपासणार ? आणि देव न करो पण साध्वी श्री प्रज्ञा सिंग ठाकूर यांच्या जीवाचे उद्या काही बरे वाईट झाले तर त्याची जबाबदारी कोण घेणार ? बाकीचे खटले एवढ्या लवकर निकाली काढणारी ATS याच खटल्यात एवढा वेळ का लावत आहे ? त्यांना काही पुरावे मिळत नाहीत कि असे काही पुरावे नाहीतच ? या सगळ्या प्रश्नांची उत्तरे द्यायला कोणीही तयार नाही. त्यामुळे हे एक षडयंत्र असावे याची शंका यायला जागा आहे.

एकीकडे अजून गुन्हेगार न ठरलेल्या आरोपीला जास्तीत जास्त कडक शासन पोलीस आणि सरकारी यंत्रणा करत असताना दुसरीकडे देशद्रोहाच्या आरोपाखाली फाशीची शिक्षा सुनावलेल्या अफझल ची फाशी मात्र अमलात आणली जात नाही. त्याला तुरुंगात अत्यंत चांगल्या पद्धतीने वागवले जात आहे. देशद्रोह्याला राजकीय कैद्याची वागणूक मिळत आहे. मुंबई हल्ल्याचा आरोपी कसाबच्या संरक्षणावर कोट्यावधी रुपयांची उधळण केली जात आहे आणि फक्त संशयावरून अटक केलेल्या एक साध्वी आणि उत्तम कारकीर्द असलेल्या एका सेनाधीकार्याची छळवणूक केली जात आहे.

सत्ताधारी पक्ष एकूणच पक्षपाताची भूमिका घेत आहे. यात काही विशिष्ट वर्गाच्या लोकांना लक्ष्य केले जात आहे. ATS ची भूमिका प्रचंडपणे संशयास्पद आहे. या घटनेची निष्पक्षपणे आणि राज्याबाहेरच्या वेगळ्या सुरक्षा यंत्रणेकडून चौकशी होणे हे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे. नाहीतर चोर सोडून संन्यासाला फाशी हि म्हण या महाराष्ट्र राज्यात प्रत्यक्षात येईल आणि असा झाला तर त्यापेक्षा दुर्दैवी दिवस जगाच्या इतिहासात नसेल.
